I loaded a micro-SD card with the latest Overo desktop download, u-boot, uImage and MLO files and installed it into an Overo Water with a Tobi expansion board.

It only boots part way, with some errors, such as udev timing out, and then pauses for several minutes at a particular point.  When it eventually continues it reports an out of memory error related to syslogd.

Any ideas why the stock image won't boot?  The boot up console output is below.
