Hello,

I have an OveroFE/Tobi. I have the Tobi connected to our network with an Ethernet cable. The ip address is assigned automatically through DHCP. However, it appears that it is assigned an address that is in use on our system (a printer).

What can I do to get it to use a unique ip address? Also, it looks like it is using eth2 instead of eth0. Is this normal?

Here is the output from an ifconfig command:

eth2      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 00:15:C9:28:F2:EE

          inet addr:192.168.101.54  Bcast:192.168.101.255  Mask:255.255.255.0

UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST  MTU:1500  Metric:1

          RX packets:7632 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0

          TX packets:629 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0

          collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000

          RX bytes:923569 (901.9 KiB)  TX bytes:68489 (66.8 KiB)

          Interrupt:80

Thanks,

Greg
