Finally, i did this again and now it is working :-) but still i cannot see the wifi module :-(

Yes it has, so i extract it to sd card to lib and so on folders.

Yes i used tar -xvaf modules-3.2-r103-overo.tgz  but directly to /. Not to some folder like you showed me /driver.

So i copied the modules-3.2-r103-overo.tgz to root folder on my sd card and
run depmod but nothing happened. Still i cannot see any modules run when i
execute lsmod
