You can try the narcissus image builder on your machine. Thought you need a lot of disk space and bandwidth, you can give it a try. It might work for Overo
https://github.com/Angstrom-distribution/setup-scripts   The default machine in this setup is for beagleboard. So you have to change it to overo.
