Hi Eric! Sorry I forgot we had an excellent how-to guide already :) 
My apologies for the confusion. Either service should work. You don't need both. 
As per your error message, have you waited out for a minute after the first time you saw that message?
The service fails the very first time, but it automatically tries again and succeeds after a min. In other words, it is not the perfect solution.
