I've pushed my dev branch. I've stripped out unnecessary components for the time being, to focus on getting the hardware acceleration to work. Please take a look at the issue page- https://github.com/gumdroid/manifest/issues/1. I also created a separate manifest for Overo - https://github.com/gumdroid/manifest/tree/overo-gumdroid-4.3_r3.1

If you, by any chance, have expertise on SGX, please feel free to contribute. It will be much appreciated. 

@Takio, your approach looks right. Unfortunately there is more involved. Once we get past SGX hurdle, I think we will be in a good shape.
