I found an Altium Library that I have been using for a little while now.  The Overo's click right in.  I believe it is the same footprint and 3D model as this one:

While not specifically for gumstix boards, I have manage to move board
layouts from eagle cad to Altium. I exported gerber data with eagle
cad and would then import the gerber data with Altium. I hope this
helps.
