But, I have no interface named "uap0" and get these errors.

root@overo:~# ifconfig uap0 up
uap0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device

root@overo:~# dmesg | tail

[   42.260253] uap_sdio: probe of mmc1:0001:1 failed with error -1

I use kernel 3.5 and Overo AirStorm.

Would you give me some advice ?

Can you try black listing uap8xxx module so that it does not get loaded at boot?

In /etc/modprobe.d, create two files.

In a file called libertas.conf, put the line:
blacklist libertas_sdio

In a file called uap8xxx.conf, put the line:
blacklist uap8xxx

Then, upon boot, neither should get loaded.

You should then be able to:
root@overo:~# modprobe uap8xxx
[   41.942810] uap_probe: vendor=0x02DF device=0x9103 class=7 function=1
