Hmm, an hour seems a little bit too long.  Is this an XM stix, or a "regular", and is this happening after you flash a new root_fs to the flash, or is it happening every time?

You might just want to wait for a few minutes.

I noticed this too, and I think that's creating some kind of key
relating to ssh, and it takes a few minutes.

I had given up on mine and then all of a sudden it resumed!

This only happened on the very first boot. It would be nice if a
message was written to the console!
