15 cm seems quite long. Especially for higher speeds.

Those little oscillations at the corner of the square wave,
particularly on the leading edge. Having some ringing is normal.
However, if the magnitude of the oscillations gets to be quite large,
then the HW can interpret it as an additional edge.
