Albert,

Well, looking at the part loaded on my board I see a marking of PARI.  This means that it is a Texas Instruments TPS-3823-33DBV which has a threshold voltage of 2.93 volts.  This is equivalent to the Maxim MAX823S, which would be marked AAAL.

Gotta love these small devices with no room for human readable part numbers  :-)
