I'm trying to simplify the task of adapting to a breakout-vx, since I don't relish the task of reliably stripping and soldering 64+ wires; I'd rather position a single PCB header and then solder each pin.
I've found that an IDC 40-pin header fits perfectly into the 40 through-holes (which are in a rectangular grid), since they are on 0.1 inch spacing.
The 24 through-holes (in a zig-zag pattern) are a different matter. Can anyone suggest a standard header that would fit these? Perhaps gumstix designed these for a standard connector, but I haven't been able to find that in the breakout-vx docs.
