I'm currently have a bit of a problem shutting down the overo completely.
To my setup: I have a custom board with a custom powermanagment solution (smart power selector, battery charger,...) and I use a small 8 bit pico-power micro to be the brain behind the power management.

But how do i completely shut the overo down? - Disabling the PMIC completely and turning of all DC/DCs and LDOs?

I tried to use the PowerOn signal, to turn the PMIC of but that doesn't seem to work.
Shouldn't linux itself turn the PMIC of on shutdown?
Anyone any suggestions about that?
