Another questions in mind,
Do i have to install any ppp package ? because i read from this people, some people tried to install some packages.
Do i have to do something to set the IP address for both sides ?

aha! in that case its similar case to cable-crossover or radio modem
look at our wiki page:

except you'll probbaly need a lower baud rate - especially if you have
no handshake to the modems (if you do you can keep 38400  as thats just
the speed to the modem not between them)
