Is it possible to hook jtag without special addon board??

if you were pushing a CF card in when everything died, I'd bet that you separated the CF board from the gumstix while there were signals flying back and forth on the CPU bus. You've more than likely killed the gumstix. The clocks will probably still be ticking OK, but the stix is likely dead. The way to check would be to see if you can get a JTAG response from it.
