The supplied inittab does not run any stop arguments for any of the SXX scripts.
I had to add to inittab at the top of the shutdown stuff, the following.
 
::shutdown:/etc/init.d/rcK
 
I then created (copied rcS to) rcK and changed the start to a stop.
 
The most important result of this is that random-seed gets updated so urandom
works as intended.  I also had to add a S25bluedisc with only a stop option to
do a hcitool dc ... to force a disconenct from my Belkin Bluetooth gateway. Otherwise
I would have to reset the Belkin before I could get another connect.
 
If anyone has a better way, please let me know.
