Your source URI is invalid.  My working version grabs from here:

http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/unstable/sources/git_gitorious.org.x-loader.x-loader.git_04b1732220078d47c18a84cbafc52e45db71f13d.tar.gz

...instead of the apparently defunct URI you have below.

This is not unusual.   At any given time I've found that about 1/5 of URI's are invalid, and I have to go hunt them down and update them manually.
