Actually no, it’s not a problem. I have all the current tarballs for aircrack-ng and IV.

 

The last time I tried I got a strange complier error message. But I’ll try again.

If I get the same message, I’ll post it here …

 

Once I get everything compiled, maybe you can give me a hand with the patches ??

I have never seen that error before in any of my builds before so not really sure what is going wrong for you ... Would it be to much trouble to start with a fresh tarball fresh patches patch IW and mac80211 freshly reboot and try again ??

Also to start airmon-ng you do not need to set it to a specific channel even if thats the channel of the router your trying to access....
