Certain MOV files will not render

    It is unusual to see a file that MPC (latest stable version) won't open…

    Yet it does not render some of the pins in the graph for the following MOV files that were outputted from Cyberlink's PowerDirector 11 editor.   All files are at a 29 frame rate.

    However, it DOES do well with the hightest MOV output from PowerDirector 11…

    Quicktime's Viewer displays them all.  Can someone speculate as to the reason?

    SOLVED.  PowerDirector 11 uses a funky Apple codec for those resolutions that MPC does not natively support.
