As always, I'm not promising anything, but maybe I could have a look concerning the Mac OS X part. If I understand correctly, the question is whether the API that was designed on Linux makes sense on other platforms? (Not that I have much experience with I/O on Mac OS X though. In particular, I know nothing about USB.) You have probably noticed that I haven't done any work (not even testing) on linking on Mac OS X. Mostly because it's not an immediate itch to scratch for me personally, but also because all I have to test is a TI-92+ and a gray Graph-Link (which currently is some 100 km away from me, in addition). -Christian |
