-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Guys, Further to correspondence of last week, I noticed the following in the changelog for libgpod: "itdb_device.[ch]: rewrote ipod-device.c, removed all hal-code ..." Does this mean that you are no longer going to depend on libipoddevice and hal for ipod identification? hence do you have another method in mind? I was still intending to port over the directory creation code for initialising an ipod (without itunes). Has this already been done in the interim hence no longer any need? Lacking cvs access is starting to be most tiresome, considering the pace of development going on! Would access to the developer cvs be out of the question? Your kind indulgence once again begged.
