Hi Chris, since no one else takes a shot: there's some documentation on http://ipodlinux.org/ITunesDB as well as under the link I've posted yesterday. We are planning to support reading and writing of the photo database by libgpod. Immediate plans are made to support artwork/covers from within gtkpod, but not photos. Maybe later. Once libgpod can read and write the photo database, you could use your perl knowledge to write a short script that allows you to sync a directory to the iPod. Cheers, JCS.
