something is broken with my gtkpod. Since it had crashed a few weeks before
while uploading a short .mov, it doesn't add any tracks to the ipod anymore.
(adding folder option)

Something I always try to help narrow down where the problem lies is
to create a new user and try with that. If it works for a new user,
then the problem is in the prefs file or something stored in
~/.gtkpod. If it persists, then you know the problem is elsewhere.
