#13 sync selected playlists only

Need a way to sync selected playlists only. This could
be done with a pop-up listing / selecting which playlist
to sync when pressing sync.

This is needed for instance when your total music
selection is larger than your iPod capacity. ie,. I have
35+ gig's of music and a 15 gig iPod.
Adding my entire library and press sync gtkpod will sync
until the iPod limit is reach and then screws up.

What I would normaly do to handle this is to generate a
master playlist - let's call this "Ipod Capacity" and set
this to apeox. 95% of my iPod capacity and then use
this as base for all other playlist

Check out the version in CVS and let me know how the local
database browse is working. From the local database you can
drag selected playlists over to the iPod and then sync just
those.
