This is a prerequisite for using the CellRendererCombo. I just checked the documentation for the old API, but even there the 'model' property of CellRendererCombo is missing and thus you can't set the model from which to take the choices. I'm sorry that this is incomplete. The only excuse is that we don't quite see how to do it since Gtk is lacking some essential functions. You might be able to work around this problem, by using the 'onEditingStarted' signal in CellRenderer which should pass to you the ComboBox widget that is created as soon as the user starts to modify the cell. You might then be able to set different options using the text API in ComboBox. However, looking at the source code, I can't see if this would work right away. If you need a solution now, I can look into this and maybe I can come up with an example. Sorry for the lack of functionality (and the lack of documentation thereof), Axel. |
