When double tunelling through a firewall:

* first : -L 8022:remote1:22 firewall
* second : -L 9022:remote2:22 -oHostKeyAlias=remote1 localhost)

It is necessary to specify the HostKeyAlias=remote1 because the host key is different from localhost

It would be useful to let specify this value and append -oHostKeyAlias=XXXX to the SSH command line
