    I am using the jEdit plugin .
    Created a connection.
    name= sourceforge
    type=pserver
    user=anonymous
    host=cvs.sourceforge.net
    port=-1
    repository=/cvsroot/gruntspud
    ViewCVS base URL=
    Access=default
    Compression=default
    line endings=ignore
    encoding=
    use this password=

    Then select tools, project checkout.
    now it asks for module name

    module name = gruntspud
    checkout as= gruntspud
    profile=sourceforge

    now it says a connection profile could not be automatically determined as there is no CVSROOT for the current action ===> what does this mean

    Choose the profile sourceforge

    Then an error is generated.

    What am I doing wrong here?

    regards,
    Danny

      Sorry guys,

      The whole gruntspud stuff is not working at all without a clear proper documentation.

      I am going to switch over to TortoiseCVS .

      regards,
      Danny
