First of all I think the Tickets module is great. There are still some bugs, but overall it works great.
We use the tickets module, but GO is not a leading application for us. We do not work in it all day. Because of that it would be nice to have the feature where we can get an e-mail if there is a new ticket created for the responsible person. So the responsible person gets an e-mail when there is a new assigned ticket or the ticket got changed by the customer.
This way we get triggered when there is a new or changed ticket.
This feature would help us a lot.
