Situation1:
When we have a e-mail with one attachement and his name containing some french caracters like : é, ê, à, ect. In Group-Office, the name change for the hexadecimal code.... (see picture: errorNameFile.jpg)

Idea of the problem:
My team and me, with many test that we made, find that some email application like Thunderbird, send email in converting the name of the file(see picture: nameFileSourceThunderBird.jpg) Others email application like Outlook, hotmail, ect, send email to converting the name like a ohter way(see picture: nameFileSourceOutlook.jpg) That we thing it's Group-Office can't decrypt the code of Thunderbird..

Situation2: In some case, the name of the attachment file si too long. ThunderBird split the name in many variables (see picture: LongNameFileSourceThunderbird.jpg) others application mail put it in one varaible (see picture: LongNameFileSourceOutlook.jpg). When Group-Office receive this mail, the attachment doesn't appear(see bugSituation2.jpg) but the attachment is really present in the source mail

Idea of the problem:
We thing that Group-office can't be able to recognized this type of tranfert.

Version: Group-Office 2.16

I can't find a package or function that can decode thunderbirds encondings yet. Maybe I'll find one later.

Just found that outlook can't decode those names too.

I wonder why thunderbird uses a non standard encoding....

I tested this and couldn't reproduce it anymore with Thunderbird so I guess thunderbird has changed something.
