I have grip on my office system(Linux 6.2). I have been downloading the gtk and glib .gz files
pointed to from the grip site onto my home win98 system. Am I wasting my time? Are there files
somewhere which are compatible with Win98?

Hint: I am pretty much a novice Surfer, no programming background. Cannot tell from the
description on the Grip homepage whether it runs on win98, although I realize tar is a unix
command.. Also, all I have to unzip files (that I'm aware of) is WinZip, which prompts me for the
name of the archived file within the .tar.gz. I don't know the answer to that, either.

I haven't logged in yet, either. Please help.

    Thanks,

    WorkerB
