The most part of the russian cddb is encoded in some
weird encoding, which is very similar to cp1251, but
filled with 'c3' and 'c2' symbols, for example:

http://freedb.freedb.org/~cddb/cddb.cgi?cmd=cddb+read+classical+2a120215&hello=private+free.the.cddb+Grip+3.2.0&proto=6

Closer investigation shows, that encoding is not
unicode, and not one of the cp866/cp1251/koi8-r stuff.]

This small patch to grip allows to work with such cddb
entries, encoding activated by setting
config/DiscDB/"DB character set encoding" to "cp1251fix".
