I use GRI for contouring. I wonder if there is a way to retrieve contour lines as single lines, polylines or splines (i.e. as vector primitives rather than raster).
Moreover I would like those lines to be in real world coordinates (not scaled for layout).
The idea is to use GRI to create a preview plot of contour lines, as well as a DXF with those curves. Converting in DXF will not be a problem if I know how to capture the vector elements when running GRI.
I had a look at the output ps file and could find trace of the real-world coordinates (maybe as a translation vector). However, I don't know if there is a way to get the curves back in real-world coordinates rather than layout coordinates.
(I'm using GRI 2.12.10.)
Thanks for any help.
