I suggest to try the search pattern "_+[A-Z]+" on the source files. You will find some places where names begin with underscores and an uppercase letter.

Examples:
- __CLAPACK_DOUBLE_H
http://gretl.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/gretl/gretl/lib/src/clapack_double.h?revision=1.4&view=markup

- __from
http://gretl.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/gretl/gretl/lib/src/swap_bytes.h?revision=1.4&view=markup

This does not fit to the expected naming conventions of the C language standard.

Thanks. I've fixed the instances in clapack double.h and swap_bytes.h.
