Greenshot Image Editor should have a a color palette to allow you to change color in one click.

Currently in Greenshot v1.0 to change color you have to do 3 clicks:
1) Click on either Fill or Line color button.
2) Select the color.
3) Click on Apply

In mspaint on Win7 the line color can be changed in one click. In my workflow I almost never use filling, however I often change Line Color (between red and green mainly). I wish you improve this in greenshot.

Thanks for your great work on Greenshot, it's awesome!

I agree, have this "problem" myself!

Actually I would like to select a color, and as long as I make new objects this color should be used.

Will discuss this with the team.

    Best wishes,
    Robin

Proposal: I think we should add an additional color picker bar, containing about 16 base colors + about 8 "last used" colors, but still keep the two color picker buttons for custom colors.
A single click on the color picker bar would set the line color, shift+click the fill/background color.

The shift+click thing is a bit hidden (there should definitely be a tooltip about it), but for everyone who does not discover this shortcut, there would be still the separate color buttons.

Inkscape has a similar approbach, however for my taste there are far too many colors in it and the UI layout is a bit confusing.

@Robin: the editor already keeps the selected color for new objects until a new color is selected, doesn't it?

    Best regards,
    Jens
