From some reason I can't take a screenshot of certain programs, like PatchMyPC and Ultimate Windows Tweaker. I had to use Windows' built-in Snipping Tool.

Assuming that "can't take a screenshot" means "Greenshot's hotkeys do not work on these windows", are those programs running with admin privileges while Greenshot is not?
Have a look at this FAQ entry for more information: Why does the Print key not work in some windows?
Please let us know whether this works for you.
Best regards,
Jens

Hi,
I have the same problem and also found that running with administrator privilege fixed the problem.
I've searched around for an easy way to make the program run at startup with administrator privilge without success. Do you have any suggestions to setup Greenshot so that it runs at startup with administrator privilege?
Thanks

Hi Simon,
not sure whether it is the same in all Windows versions, but you can right-click Greenshot.exe, then Properties and choose the Compatibility tab; there's an option to always run the program with admin privileges.
Best regards,
Jens
