I've followed links given in post on forum, where to create trac? tickets, but see no option to create - only search / view. It shows me logged in, when I get to the link, like this one:
At least, I can see the "Me" icon at page top, which shows my profile, etc., if click it. So, assumed I'm logged in & should be able to create tickets?
There's nothing anywhere to create new ticket, even after a search. The UI I see, following above link, doesn't look like std Trac UI used on many forums. Though, I can access that Trac UI from SF's Help / Documentation - but it's to report problems for TRAC, ITSELF.
Using Firefox 18, but also tried it in IE 9 & logged in.
Maybe ? need a DIFFERENT acct to create tickets, rather than my "standard" SF acct, that allows logging into most forums, like this one for Greenshot? dunno
Would appreciate any help on how to create tickets / what I should see when get to the right page.
But, I also don't see any buttons, icons to received email notification / or "follow this" topic, when I post or reply to topics. Haven't for long time now & created ticket w/ SF support about that. No action.
Oops. Thanks for pointing this out!
We have just upgraded to the new sourceforge system two days ago, obviously the ticketing system's permission have not been migrated correctly, as no one but ourselves has been able to create feature requests and bug reports :-/
I've fixed this, you should be able to do so now when clicking on the "Tickets" link in the navigation bar above.
OK, thought I was going crazy, because after posting this but before saw your reply - messed around w/ bug / feature reports screen & DID see a "create report" button.
Glad to see it was your action & not me losing my mind.
