This is actually fairly easy to do. Take an existing HTML file that you like. It could be from your current website, or by making a modified version of the one's the GRAMPS will generate, or any other way of generating an HTML file. In the HTML file, add: <!-- START --> and <!-- STOP --> in the HTML file. GRAMPS will replace everything between these two symbols (which are just HTML comments) with its data. Then specify this file as your HTML template. Select "User defined template", and use the file selector to choose this file.
