I have made some modifications to the plugin that extracts names and titles from the names in a database. I have tried to give clear indication as to what will be done, and to get the user's approval before doing any modifications. The results are in CVS. I considered several warning messages, before I selected that one that I am using. The other alternatives are listed below, and can be used if the general concensus feels they are better: Alternative #1: "Abandon all hope, Ye who enter here" Alternative #2: "Uh-uh. I know what you're thinking. Did he extract six nicknames or only five? Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement, I've kind of lost track myself. But being this is the 'Gramps Nickname and Title Extraction Tool', the most powerful plugin in the world, and would blow your database clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well do ya, punk?" Alternative #3: "NO OTHER WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRAMPS AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, AND THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE/JURISDICTION TO STATE/JURISDICTION. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GRAMPS OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR THE FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, EVEN IF GRAMPS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES."
