[Gramps-users] Unable to install Gramps 3.3.0 AIO properly

  I documented my failure two weeks ago to install Gramps 3.3.0 for 
Windows Vista.

I tried today to install Gramp AIO for Windows, version 
GrampAIO-3.3.0-2.exe from https://rapidshare.com/#!linklist|K65PY0|||

Before installing, I unstalled all previous versions of Gramps, Python 
and PyGTK. The install of GRAMPs AIO appears to finish correctly.

On running Gramps, I get nothing. On running at a console:

C:\Program Files\GrampsAIO\bin>python -EO ..\share\gramps\gramps.py

I get the following:

This error is similar, but not identical, to the one I was getting when 
trying to install the packages separately two weeks ago.

Can anyone help please?
