I exported my database to a Gramps XML file when I upgraded my machine and
OS. On reloading it at first glance seemed OK but I have now found that all
marriage events have been duplicated.
Where the relationship shows in the form "Relationship type:married" there
is no problem, but where the marriage has been recorded as an event, this
has been duplicated.
The duplications do not show when the events are listed - just on the
relationships page and in the events for the family and the individual
partners. The only way I have found to remove the extra entry is by editing
the family and deleting the extra line. While the extra line shows up in the
individual events, it cannot be removed.
I have lodged this as a bug, but am still faced with cleaning up my
database, and any help would be appreciated.

I just want to check that this isn't the new behaviour in gramps...
Gramps now shows shared events in each individuals events tab, under a
seperate heading. Is that what you're seeing?
