Somebody else might have a better solution, but here is one possibility:
1. Open one of the trees and export it to Gramps XML or Gramps XML package.
2. Open the other tree and import the exported file of the first tree.
3. Find the duplicate person(s) common to both trees and merge them.
Depending on how they were organized, you may have to do some additional
work if both trees contained media.
