The Gramps project is proud to announce the beta release for what will
become version 3.2.0.
After one year of developing, much has changed. This beta release is
aimed at packagers and testers. See README for changed dependencies
(no more glade, new strongly recommended dependencies, ...).
How to test: Testers should export an existing family tree in
3.0.x/3.1.x to the gramps xml format, and import it in 3.2.0-0beta1
into a _new_ family tree. Then test on this testing family tree.
You can download 3.2.0-0beta1 from either of the 2 usual places:

For those who may need a refresher on installing from source:
Only install from source if you have experience doing so. Doing it
badly might overwrite your existing Gramps version. Packages might be
created in the coming weak by contributers which will also need
