You obtain the error:

OSError: [Errno 21] Es un directorio:

This is the place where the gpkg is exported. Gramps sees the dir already exists, perhaps you did changes.
Deleting this directory yourself ( '/home/loli/Documentos/ , then restarting the import should fix it.

Note that to synchronixe data, you should export to gpkg, but a different name every time (add date), then delete older ones. Like that, you do not loose track of changes.

Note further that version 3.0.1 is available, ubuntu package on our website. Gpkg export/import changed somewhat, now allowing for relative media paths, which makes moving with gpkg between computers and media files in seperate folders hopefully more easy. You should try it!
