Sorry for the brief message in the bug tracker.

I'm looking at backporting some of the date fixes to the next 3.0 version,
but it is quite possible that 3.1 could be out in the next couple of
months.

In any event, in the meantime, I'll see what impact the fixes would have
on 3.0, and apply them to it if I can. The next bug fix edition of 3.0
will probably be ready even before 3.1.

Thanks for your patience... the fixes for dates were a long time in the
making!

Still, if there's some way to predict what is coming and when, that might help the community.
