has the double last name in Spanish (?)

Yes, this is present. You need to click the + button after the family name to enter multiple family names.
No support in GEDCOM though, so if you export to that it will all go together again

There was a Spanish installation for 3.4.6-1 and an International Spanish.
Do they each have a first name and also two "last names"?

All Gramps is equal, independent of the language

Would it be important to download 2 versions so that I can see what bugs to
report in the International Spanish and the Spanish?
Should this be addressed in Spanish?
