What's the policy for closing bugs in addons?

I've fixed http://www.gramps-project.org/bugs/view.php?id=5099, repackaged it and checked it in. The reporter has downloaded and tested the new version and all is well.

I just forward-ported the fix to trunk and repackaged it.

Do I mark the bug as fixed, or do I close it at this point; if the former, when should it be closed?

We put bugs on resolved when we fixed them. Normally the submitter should put on close, but most don't do that. It doesn't matter, as soon as bugs are resolved we don't see them anymore in the roadmap, ...

Bugs we deem duplicates, wrong, not needed to fix, ..., we put on closed immediately ourself (with messange won't fix or duplicate,...)
