I have a couple of questions related routing.
First is a kind of suggestion to provide an option to permit routing using toll roads.
The second, I would appreciate much if someone give me a reference to description of "Boost motorways", "Look for motorways" and "Boost primary/trunks" options. I've tried them in different combinations but couldn't understand principal difference between options. Unfortunately I have not found this info in wiki.

Can you give an example how to modify style file, please.
Do I just have to copy the "motorcar" route mode to a new route mode "motorcar (no toll)" and add a line "<routeAccessRestriction restrictionKey="toll" restrictionValues="yes" />" ?
