I searched the net and found this
Under Method #1
And installed it.
Then I browsed to the folder that had the gpx file that I wanted to
correct the time on and "right click" it and select "Open Command Window Here".
Up came the dos window with the correct starting commands. I added in
the rest of the command that Robert sent me and it worked perfectly.
Robert, I got the same output file you sent me.
