Hi, I'm trying with the next command for get my current position and elevation:

gpsbabel.exe -p "" -w -i garmin,get_posn=1 -f usb: -o gpsutil -F "C:\gps\Test.txt"

And the result is:

Position 0439.856N 07404.239W 0000000m Position                       a

I would like obtain the elevation, how can make that?,

Huh.  You're right.  The Garmin position getter doesn't preserve the altitude.   I'll put
that on my list of stuff to look at unless you want to fix it.

my other question is about precision, how can obtain coords with seconds and decimal of seconds?, how can obtain the tracks for my GPS?.

Choose an output with "seconds and deciamal" or  define your own with our style mechanisms.  http://www.gpsbabel.org/htmldoc-development/Styles.html

Tracks are obtained with our -t flag.  see http://www.gpsbabel.org/htmldoc-development/Route_And_Track_Modes.html
