I have problems conecting the L120 Nikon camera with Ubuntu 10.04 (10.10 also). Here is some information.

  • (there is a 0x9801 command coming back after 25 seconds on OFC type 0x300d (QT Movie) while other commands have been sent already ... this leads to cnfusion and likely STALLs on the camera side)

    please bump the libgphoto2 version to 2.4.11 or even 2.4.13, which likely will be working better, as the error recovery has been improved and the communication will not get hung up like in the trace.

    (last Ubuntu already has 2.4.11)
